Secure folder, cant find my documents

Hello, the secure folder seemed like it "resets" and asked me to enter my fingerprint and eye scan again.

after i done what it wanted, i cant find my files that were in there.

and now i cant add new files into the secure folder

i have none rooted samsung galaxy s9+.

please help me

Can you try to restart your phone?

Also, did you by a chance connect your phone to a company that uses MDM (Mobile device management?)
