SD card removed/Sim card removed error

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm getting a quite frequent error message, 'SD card removed' or sometimes 'SD card and sim removed'.  Neither of which is true and I seem to be able to keep using the phone.

This first started when my phone's battery decided to expand and push the back off the phone.  Samsung were very good about it and did the fix for free but since it's come back I'm getting this every day or so.

Is there any pro trick to stopping this?

If it has been in for warranty repair already like you describe I would simply contact them again and have it sent in again.
It's inconvenient but sounds like it is the best idea.
