So my phone was working fine the screen colors where ok I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and got back to this IMG_20201025_124324.jpgIMG_20201025_124408.jpgIMG_20201025_124510.jpgIMG_20201025_131432.jpg

as you can see the screen got a yellow/green tint out of nowhere, I thought it might have happened from heat (tho I have no idea how it might have goten hot since its 20 degrees in the room and the phone wasn't exposed to direct sunlight and was not in the vicinity of any heat source) and let it cool off for half an hour when i powered the phone back on I couldnt see anything on the screen although it powered up I saw the start screen with the same tint clearly once the phone booted up i got this IMG_20201025_150143.jpgand I couldnt make out anything and as of now i cant use my phone I can't call someone or I can't answer a phone call which is just .... fantastic, so I'm asking you guys do you have any ideas on what i should do to fix this issue and is there any explanation on what might be the cause of the issue. Looking forward to your replies.

The always on display didn't help me at all i tried it but seeing the video i can tell you that if my brightness dips below like 70%-80% the screen goes black so the same problem might be manifesting differently on the s10's and the s9's

Judging by them not fixing it thus far ( for instance an update on the s6 made some icons disappear and they added a tool you can download from the Samsung store to bring the icons back in a matter of days and fixed it completely with the next security update and this issue has been going on for 3+ months so i wouldn't hold my breath on them fixing it)  it seems like the only surefire fix is to buy a new phone that preferably is not manufactured by Samsung, because it looks like they trying to push us to buy new phones, and maybe we should just not from them.

Guys, I tried a few apps, and one called OLED Saver seems to restore some of the original colour to the phone. I had to switch everything to dark mode so as to not see the screen-burnt buttons, but I've gotten back the whites and some vividness to the phone. Give it a try. It runs seamlessly in the background and best of all, is free.

Hello, the yellow tint issue started after software update. I tried everything, reset the phone, re flash firmware... nothing helped. I got so fed up looking for a solution online, so I ended up buying a Huawei P30 phone and I can now rest in peace.
