Screen issue with my S9. Screen blurred and dark from top down

 

Intermittent and have to keep phone on full brightness  to avoided issue. 

 

Any solutions please ?

Same issue here. Need to keep the phone either on charger or full brightness to be even able to see anything..Any ideas what is causing it ?
