Samsung S9 upgrade issues

Yesterday I had a systems update. Today my Samsung s flip cover does not work. In advanced settings there is no accessories option. I have turned my phone on and off several times...to no avail Also my phone wont charge wirelessly. The icons are horrible and I hate the photo gallery layout, the lack of swiping to call or reply in messages, and the inability to change font size in messages. Rant over, but in the 4 Samsung phones I have owned over the last 10 years this is the only time an update has really upset me and made my phone less user friendly. Is there any going back? Any suggestions about the s flip case welcome

I'd suggest to use the Samsung Members App  or for some the Samsung + app to send feedback.

There's no easy way if rolling back firmware. 

I can't advise here how to roll back firmware.

Please use Google Search and or look on the xdadevelopers site to learn how.

A person doing this does so at their own sole responsibility knowing that a phone can be put Into an unusable state and possible manufacturing warranty being voided.

You can change the icons via a icon pack via the Samsung Themes site.

Know how you feel, it SUCKS!!!

I contacted Samsung and their solution was to a factory reset and now I've wasted many hours about to re config and some things cant be fixed. Its stuffed up my invehicle bluetooth as well.

Would appreciate Samsung offering a reverse upgrade.
