 hello. I have a Samsung S9+ but I haven't been able to get an update to android 10 for months now. Please help out

If you haven't already tried it - try connecting phone to laptop / PC and run the Smart Switch app on the laptop / PC ( May need to install Smart Switch on laptop / PC first ) - it should then connect to your phone and check for any updates

I tried doing that but it didn't work. Smart switch gave no update for my phone

Sorry that not work for you - can't suggest anything else but hopefully someone else may have some ideas that may help
