Unfortunately Samsung is only offering 3 years of updates for its S10 and S20 series (in relation to S series releases) which means that the S9 is stuck with 2 years of updates. It launched with Android Oreo which means Android 10 is the final version which is currently intended to be available on the S9. Presumably if Samsung is offering 3 years on all new flagship devices then it sadly isn't worth updating their 2 year old flagships again. Maybe some more devices will be added soon 🤞 Good luck
