I recently saw people getting the new update for One UI and thought I should update my phone when I realized I haven't been given an up since December of 2019. I did everything that was recommended online such as Clearing my phone catche, Factory Resetting and connecting it to my PC and still can't find a way to update it...
Please give the Samsung Smartswitch option a try via a computer.
If the phone was originally supplied by a Network then in the Uk where I am updates can be slower as the Network's want to test out the software before allowing Samsung to release it.
In your Samsung Members App there is a section that shows the release schedule for Samsung Phone models that have been supplied directly by Samsung.
If a phone has been imported from another country to use in another then updates can be occasionally slower to be received.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can check what's the latest software available for your phone.
