Your dependant on the country of origin to send you the update.
If the phone was originally supplied by a mobile phone network then its them that first test the update and then allow Samsung to push the update out.
The update is sent out dependent on country of origin and build and serial number.
The best way is to keep checking via your phones software update section.
However this is something I see quite regularly when a person has purchased a phone meant for one country and imports it to use it in another.
Other avenues to get a firmware can be found on the xdadevelopers site.
A person doing this does so at their own sole responsibility knowing that a phone can be put Into an unusable state and possible manufacturing warranty being voided.
