I am also having the same issue before the pie update my mic and speakers to speaker phone worked perfectly and loud but now that I updated after waiting during a call while using speaker phone people say they can not hear me and I'm yelling into the mic and also while in the same call the speakers seem like there on low volume so I try to turn the in call volume high just to find out its turned up to the max.. now why is this happening. Another thing when it's off speaker phone and I have my it to my ear it's not as loud as it use to be. Even with music or watching movies etc.. pls fix this issue I did not pay off this phone just to send out in to get a refurbished one back
ave the same issue. Out opf the blue, mic is not working when on Speaker mode. Bluetooth, normal mode and headphones inserted, everything is ok apart from speaker. The speaker itself work fine when on device speaker mode so ti it is not H.W problem
