Hi there,

I bought new phone before few weeks. From first day S9 don't show most recent calls like my old S7 edge (look at picture). I try enable or disble few options in phone, but without results. Any idea?S9.JPG

Thank you!

Hi @Bmt_HR: This feature was called Smart Call and was part of the Caller ID and Spam Protection option on your S7 Edge. With this in mind please open your Phone app on the S9 > Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Caller ID and Spam Protection > On, and this should now display the most recent call from a given contact when they call you. Let me know how you get on.

The options should be visible under 'Ringtones and Keypad Tones' in Call Settings. If not , is it missing completely or is it greyed out?

That's strange. I have looked into this and can see that the option is greyed out when there is no SIM inserted, and accessible when there's a SIM present, but I can't find an example of it disappearing from the menu altogether. It may be a regionally specific option that was recently removed, although I would still recommend making sure your phone is up to date by going to Settings > Software Update > Download Update Manually. It's also wroth checking to make sure your security policy is up to date by going to Settings > Lock Screen and Security > Other Security Settings > Security Policy Update > Update Now.
