I couldn't find anything about this app either. Have you tried to uninstall? Have you run a malware scan? Does the phone have issues in safe mode?

i think its system app, i cant find the app on app manager. and the "SO android" app is still there after i hard reset my phone. and what i notice is the app still use so much memory and the phone is not lagging, maybe its caused by other thing.

idk since i never install suspicious app in this phone, and the issue still persist after i hard reset it. so no way its caused by an app. or maybe its my school exam app that access my device😂, no way. my taught is caused by bad SD card or simply my android os partition is corrupt. no one know..

If you use safe mode only system apps get used. Please test and see if the app is running when in safe mode. This is not a system app AFAIK. Also, please scan your device with Malwarebytes.
