Samsung s9 draining battery

My s9 battery has been draining really fast this past week. 50% overnight just sitting there. The only thing I did was use a different charger to charge my phone. Could that cause problems? It's getting hot too. Phone stats says no high battery usage detected. Phone is less then a year old.

 Hi @MightyMe. Using a charger that is not an official Samsung one can actually damage the battery of your phone in the long and short term as well as getting your device hot. Are you using an official Samsung charger which has 2.A (Amperage) power? If so, try another official one and monitor the situation.
