I'm having this problem where a blue box will appear over an app or anything and auto click it. It has totally taken over my phone and I even factory reseted my phone. I am hoping someone has a solution, if so please help, thanks.

That seems odd. Let's start the phone in safe mode for a while to see if you still have the issue:
1. Hold down the Power Button and choose Power Off.
2. Switch the phone back on.
3. When starting up, hold Volume down until Home Screen appears.
4. Safe Mode will now display in the left hand corner of your phone.
This will disable all third party apps to see if one of them may be causing the issue. If the problem doesn't happen in Safe Mode you'll need to delete any recent third party apps in turn until you find the culprit.
