Hi @BrianRose. As we're based in the UK, I recommend contacting Samsung in your region for details on this (I can say the update is being released this month for the UK S9, S9+ and Note9).

and what if you bought your phone in the states and you're now back in the UK. 

I can't download samsung+ or Samsung members and can't get the one UI update. Any suggestions?

Hi @GromUKR. You should still be able to download and install Samsung+ if your S9|S9+ is a US one; plus Smart Switch should also be able to find available updates for your model. With a lot of US Samsung smartphones being carrier variants though, it may be worth getting in touch with the phone's original network's services for more info if Smart Switch isn't giving you any joy.
