samsung latest update replaced Google assistant with the Bixby voice on the "mic" easy access button

What the title says. I have to reach down left to the input categories to select Google assistant. I personally only updated my phone,  didn't change myself any settings. Is there a way around this or is it just Samsung trying to enforce the usage of bixby voice? Seriously why does Samsung keep trying with bixby... i am one step away to going back to apple with all this nonsense.

I am having the same issue and it is driving me crazy. Every time I have to change the voice input setting to Google voice because Bixby doesn't understand anything. It will not let me change the setting to to default Google voice input. I know you used to be able to do this but it now seems Samsung are trying to force us to use Bixby. Did you find a solution?

Yes... I switched back to iPhone.
