My daughter has forgotten pin and email to access Samsung galaxy S9 - after factory reset. Any tips in how to re-access the phone. 

Originally my phone, I gave it to her when my contract ended.

If you have setup the phone for remote access, you can login remotely via find my mobile unlock the phone.
