I have had my Samsung Galaxy S9 for 6 weeks and it keeps freezing. Can this be sorted or do I need a new device. I really did not expect this from a new device
How can I sort this out.
We need to establish what's causing it to freeze, @Ba-Mati. Are you doing anything in particular on the phone when it freezes? Is your software up to date? Also, let's try a soft reset on the phone to give it a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the phone restarts.

Chris.. my phone does it too. Soft reset fixes but does it again. Is there a known cause?

Following on from what @ChrisM has said, can you try popping your phone in to Safe Mode?
