The new software update for the Samsung s9plus is absolutely awful! All the icons have changed its messes up your volume when receiving notifications even though I've checked everything is on the volume is so quiet you can barely hear it yet the speakers work fine when playing music or videos the whole layout has changed and not for the better it no longer shows that I have 4g the allways on display isn't allways on display as I can no longer see the time without having to light up my phone screen you can no longer just go home by pressing the home button as it will randomly scroll through all your apps and choose 1 for you to go on it crashes slot and can no longer see notifications or messages on my home screen I have to unlock my phone to see what messages I have and who from the whole lay out is appalling this software update has messed up so many things on my phone its unbelievable not at all happy with this update the previos 1 was much better and had no problems with that 1 I could allso go on with faults with the new software update but there is to many to list

I like the new update my volume seems louder i dont have to turn it up.But i put my name on my lockscreen and noticed that my lockscreen dont even show unless restart phone?Anybody else

The updated and changed phone lockscreen is my biggest gripe. I have to swipe and unlock even though I have my settings set up to where I don't need to. Can't read messages on lockscreen unless I tapp on them a few times and unlock my screen. My text messaging has been spotty, too. It doesn't work half the time in my own home whereas it did just fine before

Now I get a buttload of texts that aren't sending. Also, since the update my Pandora app crashed like crazy to the point that there's no reason to use it any longer. It worked flawlessly prior to the update. Overall I am not liking the new update at all. Lots of new bugs when there weren't as many before. Please fix this, Samsung.

I agree! A purchased what I thought was a high end phone but it looks like ***** now! The icons look childish, there is no multi screen options anymore. If I wanted a iPhone I would have bought one ughhhh. Every feature that made Samsung phone great and unique, they got rid of. I am highly p****d and my phone lags now Samaung need to change it back fast!

Since the New update many of my apps that need internet access to function are crashing or stalling out. I have addressed this with my mobile provider, and they said it must be a problem with the new update.

Mine are crashing too! The main one that crashes every single time is my notes app. If I click enter to make a new line it will close out and there is no way to report that. Sucks because I use it a lot for work.

I hate From new software update but I love Old options and old sorftware galaxy s9 plus Please change this software Galaxy S9 plus Old Software Like This

I have always had Samsung phones, I now have nothing but problems since update, next phone will not be Samsung

I had to waste half a day to make the phone usable again after the update. Started to hate the UI, I keep finding new cr@p in it.  

As a Samsung user since 2011 I would like to know the horror story behing. And maybe after seeing a long list of fired marketing people and programmers I will consider to stay with Samsung products.

I feel like throwing my s9plus thru the window, the new update is horrible can someone tell me how to go back to the old one
