Can a samsung galaxy s9 have android 11 ?

And can a galaxy s9 have a s pen from a note phone?

Android 11 is available for s9 and has been for around 1 year.
S21 ultra is the only galaxy phone that an S pen can be used with, apart from Note series

I can't see any available Android 11 firmware for the S9. Are you sure about this?

Only android 10 i think is avaliable but I also have a s21 and a s pen works
