S9+ vodafone italia dual sim if unbranded ?

Hi to all.  I just buy i s9+ with vodafone italia but i just read that is not the dual sim vesion or maybe is simple blocked.

i just ask to you if there is a way to turn it on dual sim... especially if for example i make the unbrand proces ?  thx in advance.
