This is in my Samsung Members App in regards to when a phone should get an update @andybeach
Have you tried Samsung Smartswitch ?
Also was the phone supplied directly by Samsung or via a mobile network ?

There are 2 approaches you can go for.
The fastest and warranty possibly invalidating one which in this place i cannot recommend which is flashing the update yourself.
Or the safest way is to bring it to a samsung costumer service with the receipt of when you bought it and he will update the software for you.
Think about what is the safest for you from both a device but also health pov😅
