S9 smart call error message

After the latest update was installed I keep getting an error message coming up on my s9 saying smart calĺ keeps stopping.

Have cleared the cache on call settings and also stopped the call app but nessage still comes up 

Anyone know how to stop this error message coming up

im still getting this. I have a phone linked with my carer and I havent been able to make calls to him! pandemic is hard enough without restricting our ability to contact people where necessary

Since last update my S9+ is getting smart call error message everytime i got a call or sms. Its very annoying

I dont even have the app so not even sure ,but its causing so many issues, also how do u clear cache and data? I cant find it
