S9 smart call error message

After the latest update was installed I keep getting an error message coming up on my s9 saying smart calĺ keeps stopping.

Have cleared the cache on call settings and also stopped the call app but nessage still comes up 

Anyone know how to stop this error message coming up

I had this problem before but it was just I was running on an older software version... once I updated it was back to normal

I've had this problem for the last few days, I have tried everything mentioned and reset default settings and it still comes up its really annoying do not know what else I can do.
