Galaxy S9 SeriesHello! I have the S9 and i purchased it in Denmark, where i still live, from a retailer of second hand phones. The phone works fine in Denmark with a Danish (local) SIM card but when i go abroad all service stops working and doesn't connect with any "foreign" service providers but if i put a local SIM, e.g. i am in Bulgaria and put bulgarian SIM card, everything works fine. So danish SIM in Denmark works, but danish SIM in Bulgaria, Germany or anywhere else doesn't and the opposite is the same Bulgarian SIM works in Bulgaria but it doesn't in Denmark. My question is, is there any way to fix this issue. I have already contacted Samsung Support in Bulgaria, Denmark, US and even India and they were no help at all. All of them told me to reach Samsung US as the phone according to the other supports when checked the serial number is a phone from the US which i did and they told me the carrier needs to unlock it. I have already checked all the threads here about the regional lock (if it is that) and found no solution..

Galaxy S9 SeriesAs far as i have read through other topics related to the same issue isn't this fix for the regional lock if the phone doesn't work at all in another country?

Galaxy S9 SeriesEverything is turned on. The problem is that when i put a non-local sim it doesn't want to connect with any service provider, so even if i get a US prepaid sim i can't make the call
