S9 plus

Just got the s9 plus from ee on line it came all sealed the security label on the box is green and the phone came with pie installed where as my wife's from the ee shop the security seal is black 

I have checked with android info it says original does this mean it's not a refurbished phone please the knox is 0x0

@Kjessop: If the software status of the phone says 'Official' and the Knox status is 0x0 then you have the official software on your device. Pie was rolled out recently for the S9 series therefore EE may have completed the update in house prior to dispatch, although for clarity I recommend contacting EE directly to speak to an advisor.
