Does anyone have any ideas as to why my phone does this when I plug into Android Auto? The same exact issue occurs when I try to shoot video.
The Android Auto issue goes away with a phone restart. But I am stuck with the video issue. It produces similar results to the image above and is present when I use Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and the default camera app when I record video.
Any ideas are appreciated! This issue also happened when I had my Galaxy S7
Hi @DaleB, is there any damage on the phone at all? Can you dial *#0*# and then select the colours Red, Green and Blue, then tap on the screen to test if your issue appears. Also on the above menu, can you try the "Mega Cam" test as well? Let me know how you get on.
