S9 plus videos to pc problem

Hello there 

I just transfered my s9 plus videos to my pc. They play OK when recorded in fhd res but the videos recorded in uhd res  fail to play  . The option hevc is not on . My 2016 4k TV also can't play them  Any suggestions ?

Make sure your monitor and graphics card can support it, it's all I can think off hand. 

Unless you need another codec?
