S9 plus emergency alert problem

I have the same issue on my Galaxy S9. Did you find out what is the cause ?

We've had reports on this before, and it seems to be down to your Network Provider. You do need those warnings, so we'd advise getting in touch with them to see if there is anything they can do for you.

Hi again. Both the network provider and ro-alert said its a phone issue thats why i made a post here.

I was yesterday at my network provider ( Orange Romania) and they said too that it is a phone issue and i need to go to a mobile phone service.

Not really, the nearest and the only ones are 400 km away from me, in Bucharest.

It would be best to give Samsung in your region a call, @George25. They will then advise the next best course of action.
