S9+ OS not updating

Hi All,

I haven't been able to update my S9 Plus in Netherlands since  January 2020. Basically I am still on Android 9 / One UI 1.0. 

When I try to update it says that my software is upto date.

Any solutions?

Try plugging your phone into your computer and install smart switch onto your computer, it will force any new updates onto the phone

@abhiNalways: Further to the advice offered by @Harveyx1 you can download Smart Switch via following the link below, selecting 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' and selecting the relevant version.
