S9 media glitch

Hi recently got my S9 and less then a month in irs started playing up pausing all media and games except youtube wondering if you have came across this before hoping its just a glitch in software that can be solved on your end

Hi @Arsenal1989: To troubleshoot the issue please go to Settings > Advanced Features > Smart Stay > Off. This will prevent the phone from pausing media and games when you look away from the device. If this is not applicable then please try disabling the Iris scanner and re-enabling it to see if the issue persists. If so then you may wish to visit an authorised Samsung Support Centre to have the device inspected by an engineer.
