Couldnt figure out why my keypad didnt work during calls?
Just thought i would share as i think i have solved it.
I downloaded another phone app went through ,would you like to make this your default i said yes once i had finished i went back to original app pressed on it it yet again went through asking if i wanted it as default i pressed yes. it has worked ever since. I never had this problem when i first had my phone but have for the last six months or so i believe a update changed my setting and needed resetting. Hope this might help
