S9 icon Frames

After a software update with the S9, the icon frames option in settings is no longer available. I have installed the QuickShortctMaker app in order to remove the white icon frames from the apps background, but it did not work. Any suggestions to resolve this white icon frame issue?

I would suggest to send your valued feedback via the Samsung Members App / Samsung + App like others have done as they miss this option too @RohanKraaiToesi
