S9+ front speaker low volume

After April 2020 update the front speaker volume became very low 

It was so loud that people next to me can hear it 

It's clean and I have tired safe mode 

Nothing works

is this happening with all your apps or any in particular? Are you able to run this test and let me know the results?

All apps even in the *#0*# test !

I think that the phone will need to be inspected by one of our engineers. We are only doing essential repairs at the moment, however, we would suggest taking this to one of our Service Centres once that this has happened so you can have your phone assessed.
