s9+ crashing after giving samsung capture permission or taking photo

Hello,

Having a problem with my S9+ where it keeps crashing after taking a photo or screenshot then will reboot be ok for 20 secs and reboot and that goes on untill i do a full factory reset.

Even after the reset though as soon as i take a screenshot or photo and it asks permission for Samsung capture or to access photos it will reboot and the cycle will start again until i factory reset.

If i didn't take a screenshot or photo the phone will keep on working however it also wont let me update and says firmware update has failed.#

Just seems odd that even after factory reset it still just keeps happening ?

Hey @butcher877 ,

did you restore your data after the Factory Reset? If so, would you be able to run the phone in Safe Mode and let us know if the same is happening whilst the phone is performing in this mode?
