S9+ call volume low

Received the S9 today still setting things up but noticed the in call volume very low. 

I have the call volume up of course......

Anyone else have this issue?

My husband recently got an S9 and in call volume was extremely low from day 1. Here is what we tried and it worked and increased the in call volume to an acceptable level:

Settings

Accessibility 

Hearing 

Hearing ***** > Turn It Off

That solved our issue. Maybe it will help one of you, as well!

This is happening to many users and is a software problem

I'm frustrated. I think I will go with Xiaomi

It is clear that is a software matter.

It's a disgrace such a good phone with a very bad service.

Have the same issue tried everything, doesn't work.
Just ordered Poco F1

Yeah tried the damp cloth and toothbrush and turning on mono and they didn't work so tried a pin and stuck it through the tiny holes in the speaker mesh and now it's LOUD AS! thanks team!
