S9+ call volume low

Received the S9 today still setting things up but noticed the in call volume very low. 

I have the call volume up of course......

Anyone else have this issue?

Mine went after update to android 9 pie there is no extra volume on it either now that's what the problem is needs a fix

Give the top speaker a clean with a soft toothbrush. I had same issue and took it to repair shop and that's all it needed

Im also having this issue since i updated to Pie. Ive had the phone since its release last year with no issues at all....very frustrating

Same thing, had it fir 4 months, yesterday in call very low, stayed on phone with tmobile 2.5 hrs, the on the phone with Samsung 2 hrs. End up doing factory reset, the problem is still present. Samsung said I can send phone in but it will take about 10 to 14 business days to get another phone. This is *****.
