we are currently having problems installing apps from Google Play store on the S9+
Any App downloads quick but they will not install automatically
also when trying to uninstall a app its taking ages to remove.
anybody got any idea what the problem could be?

If you can maybe go to a Samsung Service Centre or bricks and mortar Samsung Experience Store to have it looked at.
If you can't then try a soft reboot first by turning the phone Off and On.
No help then try accessing playstore using wifi just in case it's your mobile data speeds/ connection causing the lag.
If not then if this was me I'd start with closing playstore down in my multi tasking then go into the app via settings and storage and clear the cache.
If no help I'd first try clearing the phone cache files which is performed by turning the phone Off and from a set series of button presses. This option does not delete your info.
As a last resort back up and factory reset.

Hi, I can't install apps from Play Store. I can see you have some troubles but can you let us know when or if will be fixed? Otherwise some of us we will go to Apple. Did you get it?
