I've just upgraded my phone, transferred everything and then deleted the photos off my old phone (s9) - but then I had problems with my new phone 🤦🏼♀️ and had to do a factory reset. I found my photos on my old phone in the recycle bin and selected restore but then they disappeared. The folders are there in 'my files' but they are empty. My recycle bin is also now empty - any ideas???
