Hi everyone I'm using S9 plus since 2019 but stil no any upgrade show .how can i upgrade latest os. my phone MODEL number   is  G965FXXU2BR

There haven't been any updates for that device since September 2018.

It still should get security patches. But it won't get the new one ui 3.0.
