Predictive text

Hi,can anyone help or have the same problem.

For some reason my predictive texts have stopped working,even though in the settings it is showing as on?

Any help much appreciated.

Do you mean the bar above the keyboard or the text replacing itself to the predicted state?

@jed70 Hello, to recover predictive text, clear the cache and Data of the App in question. Go to settings / Applications and search for Keyboard that you use. Tap on it, App Settings will open. In Storage clear cache and if necessary Data to restore operation Greetings.
