Please try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on.
If no joy and it does not self resolve then try clearing the phones system cache files by turning the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system cache files and clear them. No data is lost this way.
If no help then as a very final resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
