That's not good at all.
In regards to ad's this is usually connected to an app that's been downloaded that has ad's written into them as the stock apps do not have sub files to drive advertisements.
Can you put your phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working which can help you determine if this is an app.
If they stop in Safe Mode then come out of that and delete your most recent apps one at a time until it stops.

Facebook works as it should - I do however use Facebook Lite.
YouTube works as it should.
My keyboard stays activated - I use the Samsung Beta Keyboard. Which one are you using ?
A person using a 3rd party launcher or theme or another 3rd party keyboard can check if it's an incompatibility issue by returning to the stock options to check.
A person can send feedback direct to the relevant Department of Samsung via the Samsung Members App.
The reason I'm explaining these things work on my Note 9 is to show that not everyone is having these issues which shows it's not probably the update but what people have on their phones that might be clashing with the new firmware.
