Hi Nicky, I have been experiencing the same issue, admittedly its only now and then it happens, I'm currently trying to see if it relevant to a particular situation, my present feeling is leaning towards the idea that it is to do with distance from the phone and the device I've connected too. I'm using a A21s if that's helpful to know. So the question we need an answer too is what if any is the advice from Samsung...have you asked or explored this matter with them. I plan to register the matter and once I receive some information back from them I will share.....Gav
