Had an update automatically happen on my Samsung Galaxy 9 and all my videos and photos disappeared except for ones I previously had deleted. They were not backed up to my cloud either. They are just gone. My phone had zero storage left even though I had deleted a ton of stuff. Got a new phone but my pics never came back. Suggestions?
