Any one notice phone slowing down after this update ie on mine if i reboot phone any apps on memory card are ghosted out and take 3 to 5 mins to update and be able to use them.

Most other things seem to be ok.

Oh this is on Samsung S9 plus on GiffGaff,

Rebooted a few times same every time.

Hi @Leggoman. What apps are these that you have on your SD card? Are they from the Google Play Store?

Using app2sd

When moved apps to sd card after reboot apps moved icons are ghosted out if you press on icon it will say app not found.

This is also the same if i use the phones system app to move app to sd card.

Can take up to 5 mins for apps icons to show and be able to use them.

Any one having the same or knows why or a fix?

Thanks for reading.

Hi @Leggoman

Storage of applications on Android devices is largely restricted to internal memory by most developers. With this in mind if you are using a third party means of transferring the apps to your SD card then this is likely to be the source of your issue. Although it is not ideal I'd recommend moving any affected apps back on to your internal memory and using your SD card to store personal files and media (music, pictures and videos).
