Phone number not right

Hello, when looking in settings about phone...my phone number is wrong ? I can't change it !

Samsung doesn't allow users to edit the number unfortunately.

But why was I the wrong number in the first place it was a new phone ? Thanks

I'm guessing you ported your number over at some point? You would have been assigned a temporary number until the port completed.
