Galaxy S9 SeriesHi,
My WiFi Internet connection works fine on my S9 phone like the browsers, email, and everything else, except for One Drive.
When I try to logon to the One Drive app which was pre-installed on the S9 when I got it and its under the Microsoft Folder, it says that there is no network conection. I restarted my Wifi on the phone but that did not help.
I wanted to also uninstall and reinstall One Drive but there is no option for Uninstall, only Disable.
Can anyone else report or had issues with signing in to One Drive app and had this error message that no Internet connection was detected even though there is?
Again, I am ONLY facing this issue with One Drive app from the Microsoft Apps folder.
All else is working fine.
Thanks!

Galaxy S9 SeriesAnother problem but more of an anoyance than a problem ...
Now when I sign into One Drive app, I enter my email which is my username but does not ask for the password.
It does ask for the password using my Computer when I sign-in to One Drive (web-based version) from there.
I have Auto Sync OFF.
I even signed out from the One Drive app, from the Play Store, and from the One Drive webpage from my PC as well.

Galaxy S9 SeriesI'm afraid I have nothing helpful to say on this, but just to confirm that I have no problem with the app. It even uploads photos automatically which it is set to do over wi-fi only.
All I can suggest, which I suspect you have already tried, is to double check your login credentials and make sure the app is at fully updated. Mine says it is at version 5.13.

Galaxy S9 SeriesIt’s resolved.
when signing into Outlook app as well, One Drive seems to notice this and that’s why no password prompt for One Drive
