I have just recieved my s9 and installed the new update and I have lost the little dot on the bottom left of the screen by the notification panel and i cant seem to locate it anywhere on the phone. Also I'm not happy about the message bubbles as I cant have my theme I had before as I'm not able to view my text messages as it comes with white background not black can you help me !!

Unfortunately at this moment some themes are not compatible with Pie / Samsung One Ui so others are also having to try out new themes or using the stock Samsung theme for now.

The little dot you speak of from the navigation bar has been removed via the update  I'm afraid and replaced with either the navigation bar always showing or use the new swipe gestures.

I preffered the dot option too !

You can send feedback via the Samsung Members app  / Samsung + app to give your thoughts on this as I have also done.

I went to my ee store yesterday about the new update and they even said it was not the best update that has happened and if we compain enough they will change it back.

I said if i wanted my phone to look like an i phone i would of bought an i phone.

The themes are really annoying as you cant view messages on some of them feel like going back to my samsung s7edge for old software!

Hey @Lynz2601

I suspect the EE staff were just listening to you and showing empathy to you.

It's easy for them to distance themselves from this and nod and agree with a disgruntled customer at the end of the day !

Samsung won't rollback firmware from the Samsung One Ui to the last one which for most was Oreo.

Remember this contains Pie too which is Google.

As I mentioned a few are experiencing issues with their current theme to which I'm sure the theme developers are looking into or adding new themes. Along with icon packs.

Feedback is being sent back by customers via the Samsung Members App  / Samsung + App so the more that do hopefully Samsung will take note and act upon this valuable feedback to finely tune the firmware via further updates.

Take care.
