I really hate this new update! My phone keeps crashing and these ads are getting ridiculous!!! I can't even watch a movie on Netflix without my phone closing every 3 mins🤬 If something doesn't change I'm getting an iPhone !!!!😡🤬🤬

Ad's are not in your stock apps so this leads me to believe that they are in one or more of your downloaded apps @llc28352 


Put the phone into Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and see if the ad's stop.


If they do then it's a process of coming out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time until it stops.


You can send your phone logs / files as an error report to Samsung via the Members App  / Samsung + App.


Also as a troubleshooting tip the following may help.


Process 1

Turn your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache files.


Process 2

Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.


Process 3

Use a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre.
